Activity: Each participant will prepare and take home 3 stages of croissant dough, including finished plain and filled croissants. This allows each one to enjoy the success of the completed ones from class, and still have dough to make more croissants at home!
The group will also enjoy a special, extra treat that Naima will prepare to illustrate creative uses for croissant dough - a tried and true crowd pleaser! This snack will be enjoyed community style, together with complimentary beverages made by the Craft team.

Introducing children to the magic of fondant and buttercream for their uses in cake decorating. Featuring the expert decorative and piping skills of Pastry Chef Shauna O’Reilly from So Good Baked Goods, your little one will be able to create and decorate their own double-layer cake or six cupcakes using fondant and buttercream! Themes will vary depending on the season. Your special baker will definitely not want to miss out on these unique experiences!
Puff Pastry, also called pâte feuilletée, is known for its tender, buttery and flaky dough comprised of hundreds of layers! In this class you will learn the technique behind laminating dough (putting butter inside of the dough) that creates that magical “puff” in the oven and the buttery tenderness of a classic French pastry dough we’ve grown to love.
Believe it or not there is a difference between these two! Although, they are very similar. This class will teach you the subtle differences between the tender, flaky and buttery nature of the well known Southern biscuit and its Scottish/British counterpart, the scone, known for its rich yet delicate sweet (or savory) flavors!
Have your little one be the center of attention when it comes to dessert. This will be an introduction to learning how to make pie crust and well as designing their own mini pies with assorted fruit fillings. Enjoy for the holidays or anytime because your little one is just that awesome!
