How do I place an order?

Please go to our Shop page. For custom orders or deliveries outside of the delivery zone, please email admin@thecraftexperience.store.

Do you deliver?

YES! We have a flat delivery fee of $5.00 for West Hartford, Avon, Simsbury/West Simsbury, Farmington, Bloomfield, Windsor, Hartford (North End), East Hartford, Glastonbury, Manchester, South Windsor and Collinsville. Other towns need to inquire first prior to placing an order. Alternatively, you can come and pick up your order! Use code “PICKUP” at checkout to waive the standard delivery fee. Pickups occur between 8:30 and 9:00 am from 10 Love Lane, Hartford CT 06112.

How do I receive my order?

Items can be delivered to a specified address with applicable delivery fees. The delivery window is between 8:30 and 10:30 AM and is completed in the most efficient order depending on all deliveries for that particular morning. There is currently no way to track your delivery. Please only order if you or someone else will be at the delivery location during the delivery window to receive your order.

If you wish to pick up your order instead, please select the “PICKUP” option to waive the standard delivery fee. Pickups occur between 8:30 and 9:00 am from 10 Love Lane, Hartford CT 06112.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A number of credit cards and Shop Pay.

Do you take custom orders of items that are not listed on the menu?

Custom orders will be considered on an individual basis to determine if the needs of the client can be met. Please email Naima Craft at admin@thecraftexperience.store for any potential custom inquiries!

Do you offer meal options or just baked goods?

At this time only baked goods are offered at The Craft. However, continue to check out the website for any future offerings updates.

How much notice is required for a large order?

A notice of at least 14 days is needed for securing a large order request in order to ensure date availability as well as allowing for obtaining fresh items for orders placed. The Craft does not store very large quantities of stock items to ensure quality freshness upon delivery. 50% of the full payment amount is expected once any order is secured and placed, with 100% payment fulfillment obtained by delivery/pick up date. If changes or cancellation is requested more than 7 days prior to delivery, a credit may be issued for future orders from the website. No credits will be issued 7 days or less prior to the order due date.

Do you offer seasonal items?

Yes! Expect menus and available items offered to be periodically updated on the website throughout the year. Or please contact us here for more information on available season items!

Does The Craft sell gift certificates?

Baking Class Experiences

Do I need to have baking experience to sign up for a class?

No, you don’t! All of the classes are perfect for the first time baker who wants to establish a good foundation as they explore the world of baking or for the seasoned baker who wants to fine tune their skill set and have fun while doing it!

Do you teach private classes?

Yes! Private classes are available upon request that can take place at The Craft or at a private home/facility. Details on availability of these type classes can be obtained via sending an inquiry email to us via our contact page for more information and to discuss class choice, availability and design.

Do you do team building events?

Yes! Team building events are available for parties of five or less at this time. Details on availability of these type classes can be obtained via sending an inquiry through our contact page for more information and to discuss class choice, availability and design.

Where are the classes held?

Classes are generally held at The Craft's kitchen location in Hartford unless otherwise noted in the description. Once you book your spot, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the class.

How long is each class?

The average adult class ranges from 3-4 hours. Kids classes tend to range from 2-3 hours depending on the maturity level of the class.

Do I have to bring anything?

Not a thing! The idea is to come to The Craft with expectation of learning a new skill, enjoying great food and company and most of all, HAVING FUN!

Do you teach gluten free classes?

Not at this time. Soon to be added to the class roster. Keep checking the website and social media for regular updates!

What if I cancel my class spot?

Refunds are not available for classes cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled class date. Classes cancelled more than 72 hours prior to scheduled class date will be offered a gift card for the value of the class to be used toward any purchase from www.thecraftexperience.store.
