We do not offer local delivery at this time, except for certain catering orders that are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
To maintain freshness and flavor, freeze any cookies that you do not plan to eat right away.
To reheat, pop your cookies into a 350°F oven for 5 – 10 minutes.
You can store room-temperature cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

These handmade vegan cookies are baked in a kitchen that uses shared equipment which processes dairy, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have food allergies, please know that while we follow industry guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
We do not verify the processing methods of our sugar manufacturers.
Cookie boxes are shipped once weekly - every Wednesday - with receipt of the package at the destination on Fridays. This is the only shipping schedule at this time.
We bake to order and work with shorter transit times so the cookies are as fresh as possible upon arrival.
CHOOSING A DELIVERY DATE
Delivery dates are shown 4 weeks at a time in our system. For dates beyond that, please visit our website again 1 - 3 weeks after.
The shipping option for your delivery address will be displayed at checkout, along with the price.
Unfortunately, The Craft cannot guarantee an exact delivery time (e.g. 10 AM) and your order may be delivered up until 8 PM on Friday, depending on the delivery driver and route. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely.
Typical FedEx delivery hours are 8 AM to 8 PM on business days.
DELIVERY TO NON-RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivering to a non-residential address (e.g. offices, hotels, dorm rooms)
Please include as much specific information as possible regarding the recipient's name, suite/floor and department. Also, be sure to check with your business or building to understand the rules about receiving packages.
The Craft is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries.
RECEIVING YOUR COOKIE BOX
We recommend arranging for someone to be available at your location to receive your order. The FedEx driver will decide whether your package will be left, require a signature, or be redirected to an Access Point for pick up.
The Craft does not require signatures for deliveries, except in the case of special requests. We are not responsible if a package is lost, stolen or damaged.
If the mail carrier cannot deliver on the chosen date, they will try again on the next available day. Unsuccessful Friday deliveries will be reattempted the following Monday. Delivery delays may affect the freshness of your cookies, so please plan the receipt of the cookie box accordingly.
Our cookies are considered perishable items, so we aren’t able to accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to assess and address your concerns.
Currently, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. Each new address requires a new order. However, if you have a list of 10 or more different addresses to ship to at the same time, send us an email at email@example.com so we can help you place the orders.
We ship our cookie boxes within the contiguous United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
We try our best to deliver orders as requested, but FedEx may experience unexpected delays.

Our cookies are perishable items. As such, we are not currently able to ship to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL IN TRANSIT
Cookies will not be shipped in insulated boxes or with ice packs. During the warmer seasons, we strongly recommend monitoring the tracking information closely and having someone at your location to receive the delivery. The Craft cannot request where and when the cookie boxes are delivered. If your cookies arrive a little warm, they will still be yummy and safe to eat.
You will receive email confirmation immediately after you place your order and tracking information once your order is processed for shipment (1-3 days before the requested delivery date).
