Assistant Baker

The assistant baker prepares basic bakery recipes in the operation according to production and quality standards. Weighs, sifts, measures, and mixes baking ingredients; prepares and bakes bread, croissants, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other baked goods. Accurately and appropriately utilizes the various bakery equipment and if needed, assists with training and monitors the safe use of equipment by other employees. Adheres to all food handling and sanitation guidelines. Follows established timelines for food production as required by delivery times and production schedule.

Assistant Manager

The assistant manager researches new wholesale food suppliers and negotiates prices, calculates future needs in kitchenware and equipment and places orders (as needed), manages and stores vendors’ contracts and invoices, oversees restaurant and staff, and ensures quality dining.

Café Team Member/Barista

The café team member prepares, serves, and packages food and beverages for consumption on the café premises or for take-out orders. They are also responsible for clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables after each customer. Team members also need to maintain frequently used general items such as coffee makers, ice makers, condiments, consumables, and espresso machines. They will also need to operate cash registers to take payments from customers. Other duties include washing dishes.

Delivery Driver

The delivery driver picks up and drops off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. As part of the delivery team, the driver also ensures that all items are packaged correctly and dropped off to the correct customer while providing excellent customer service. To be hired, the driver will need a valid license.
